How will you make an impact in this role?
Reporting to the Director, Token Solutions Strategy, this Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the strategic vision for American Express Token Solutions. The focus of this role will be sales/BD team enablement; helping sales/BD teams understand the value of tokens. This role will require excellent communication and fact-based presentation development skills. This role will require the ability to understand current Network token capabilities, use cases, and benefits. You will be able to develop a strong partnership with sales/BD teams across multiple lines of business. The role will have additional focus on Agentic Commerce and revenue operations topics.
Go-to-Market Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of the Token product roadmap, largely through the education and enablement of key sales/BD teams across the enterprise
Conduct research on customer (merchant, issuer, aggregator, etc.) problems/needs via Amex sales/BD teams to tailor product marketing/enablement
Conduct external research on Agentic Commerce needs, trends, use cases, etc.
Identify and potential linkages across other portfolio products (e.g., payment tokens with passkeys, stablecoins, and other digital identity/payment solutions) through inward-looking research.
Product Management Key Responsibilities
Support Token team product management efforts (e.g., product documentation and governance)
Understand the key token strategic priorities and own tracking/reporting against them.
Partner with the broader Token team (product design and development teams) to identify, track, and implement priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Self-starter, strategic & creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment
A customer first mindset with proven experience leveraging customer insights
Comfort with data, utilizing customer insights and other data to develop strategies
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate e?ectively to audiences across leadership levels
Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, escalate appropriately, manage tight deadlines, e?ectively drive processes and handle changing priorities
Strong project management abilities with the ability to drive multiple initiatives across different work streams simultaneously
Strong collaboration and partnership skills – track record for building positive relationships and finding mutual benefit with multiple cross-functional partners
Process-oriented with great attention to detail
Qualifications
Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
