About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager - AI Integrations, to support the development and scaling of Resy's AI partner integrations ecosystem. This role will focus on helping extend our core consumer experiences into emerging AI-driven and agentic surfaces through reliable, well-defined integrations.
In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional partners in Engineering, Strategy, and Business Development to help define requirements, ship high-quality integrations, and improve how Resy connects with external systems. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with APIs, data flows, and integration frameworks while developing a strong foundation in platform product management.
Key Responsibilities
Support Integration Delivery: Support day-to-day execution of AI and partner integrations by helping track work from discovery through launch, supporting delivery timelines, and escalating risks as needed.
Support Requirements & Backlog Management: Assist in documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including requirements related to AI-powered or agentic workflows, and help maintain prioritized backlogs in partnership with a Senior Product Manager.
Build Technical & System Knowledge: Learn and develop an understanding of system architecture, data flows, REST APIs, and agentic/LLM integration concepts to support integration testing, documentation, and bug triage.
Support Integration Research & Analysis: Assist with research and analysis for AI partner integrations by gathering data, documenting use cases, and helping assess user impact and operational considerations.
Support Launches & Ongoing Operations: Help support launches and ongoing integration health by tracking metrics, monitoring performance dashboards, documenting issues, and supporting follow-up improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in product management or a related role such as product operations, analytics, technical consulting, engineering, or technical program management
Demonstrated interest in AI-driven products, platform capabilities, and emerging technology
Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system dependencies, with curiosity to grow technical fluency
Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly document requirements, findings, and decisions
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Interest in restaurants, dining, and hospitality
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI-powered, data-driven, or integration-focused products (through work, coursework, or side projects)
Experience using analytics or reporting tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or similar
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project or product management tools
Passion for great consumer products and a habit of staying current on emerging, high-quality consumer apps and experiences
Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
