How will you make an impact in this role?
On The Small Business Customer Activation Marketing team, you will be responsible for the HTML build and deployment behind our innovative and experiential marketing journeys and ad hoc emails that are well-composed, on brand and meet the marketing and business objectives, within the guardrails of our Digital Design Systems. This includes the ability to think strategically and communicate technical needs effectively to product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the management, scalability and organization of how we use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our connected products, ensuring the health of our eligibility data.
Develop, code, test and problem solve dynamic, mobile first, beautiful emails leveraging HTML, and CSS that tell compelling stories and meet business objectives
Develop, diagnose and problem solve all logic based AMPScript queries
Comfortably handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions
Utilize knowledge and research of current email best practices to include others on suggestions for the optimization of design, layout, messaging and deliverability
Proactively provide, promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tooling to enable the team to deliver more value
Deploy marketing, servicing and remediation emails
Minimum Qualifications
9 years of email development, deployment, and journey builder experience
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) connected product suite
Experience supporting banking products
Strong familiarity with Jira, Email on Acid, Validity, Qualtrics, Figma and Airtable
Comfort developing SQL queries and AMPscript to support personalization and targeting
Ability to diagnose and correct cross-browser and front-end development issues
Knowledge of of CAN-SPAM and e-mail regulatory compliance

Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
