Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The GCS team enables businesses globally to pay for and finance what they need to grow their businesses through a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing.

The Control Management (CM) Risk ID team is seeking an experienced and driven leader to manage the strategic and programmatic oversight of our RCSA program.

This role leads a dedicated team overseeing forecasting, capacity planning, pre-work, process mapping, and documentation for all RCSA RAU-related initiatives. You’ll serve as a key partner to stakeholders, driving the success of one of the company’s most critical operational risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of business unit-level approval processes for RCSA Program Management, with a focus on strategic timelines and deliverables.

  • Oversee the creation and ongoing refinement of process maps, RAU procedures, and policies to support the RCSA transition.

  • Drive root cause analyses for recurring issues within GCS and support effective remediation to reduce future risks.

  • Track progress, validate the effectiveness of resolutions, and provide timely status updates to key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting for GCS CM Risk ID personnel and resources to ensure adequate coverage for current and future RAUs

  • Implement and optimize team systems, tools, and procedures to maximize operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management/coordination through to execution, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assess risk scenarios

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly complex environment and navigating between competing priorities and whilst accelerating program knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills to effectively partner with key program stakeholders to drive successful program delivery

  • Experience in preparing materials for senior stakeholders and committees

  • High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity working in a risk and control or regulatory environment and knowledge of commercial payments industry & economics is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
