Overview:

The Leadership and Functional Learning team focuses on growing great leaders and developing the critical skills that support the business strategy. The Director, Functional Learning & Change Management, will lead the design and implementation of learning and change initiatives that upskill our workforce in the most critical enterprise capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of functional learning, enterprise transformation, and change management.

This position requires the ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and in close partnership with Subject Matter Expert (SME) stakeholders. Successful candidates will be strategic thought leaders, results-driven, learning agile, highly collaborative, able to coordinate across various teams and manage through complexity with an enterprise mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver functional learning strategies (formal, experiential, on-the-job, etc.) that support both near and long-term capability building (i.e., risk and compliance, GEN AI, change management, etc.).

  • Lead end-to-end change management programs to drive culture change, embed new mindsets, tools, and behaviours across teams and functions.

  • Partner with functional SMEs and enterprise stakeholders to consult and co-create relevant and practical learning experiences.

  • Partner with external vendors to design learning strategies, experiences and curriculum as needed.

  • Translate business need into practical learning plans tailored to target audiences.

  • Use metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve programs and track impact on business outcomes and colleague learning.

  • Develop clear and compelling narratives through verbal communication, data and Power Point presentations.

  • Partner with Risk, Privacy and Compliance teams to ensure strong governance and risk controls in place.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 years in functional learning, change management, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing learning and change solutions that drive behavior change.

  • Risk and compliance and/or agile methodology experience a plus.

  • Strong understanding of change approaches and how to apply them in large, regulated organizations.

  • Strong program and project management skills across complex projects and organizations.

  • Ability to distill complex capabilities into accessible, action-oriented content.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in highly matrixed environments and navigating ambiguity.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
