Summary

Our Engineering program management group drives program/project development activities and discussions with an exceptionally diverse collection of personalities and ideas.
As a Home HW EPM you will drive a multi-functional team of skilled Electrical and Mechanical engineers, and will utilize your solid engineering background to recognize, assess and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. This will include planning, release and delivery of HW sub-systems like flexible printed circuit boards, development boards or printed circuit boards that are an integral part of the system product development. As a part of our group, you’ll establish relationships and participate in program related discussions across the company as you guide development activities across multiple disciplines.
Description
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing complex hardware product builds down to details, ability to drive resolution of technical build blockers with cross-functional teams, and be the primary interface to contract manufacturing partners for the program.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Engineering required
3+ years experience in hardware engineering or operations program management
Proven ability to effectively manage factory build events and vendors Leadership skills and ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills Superior attention to detail
Ability to manage complex build matrices and detailed build planning
Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Ability to support international travel for build events
Preferred Qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
