The Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
Apple is seeking a WW Executive Briefing Center Program Leader. In this role, you will lead Apple’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Program as the worldwide program owner — ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and a world class experience. You will help shape and elevate our vision for the program across three key areas — content, curation and experience.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day worldwide EBC program, ensuring excellence and consistent delivery while fostering innovation
- Elevate every dimension of our program, transforming content delivery and how we engage customers and partners
- Ensure briefings are curated with deep industry insights and account knowledge — demonstrating platform advantages, ecosystem strengths and business value
- Partner with Business and Education Marketing to develop compelling, industry-aligned content that aligns with sales strategies and market dynamics
- Invest in relationships strengthening our speaker bureau, securing executive sponsors and win-win results
- Architect unique and memorable experiences for customers and partners, leveraging talent across the greater Apple business
- Continuously improve how technology such as AI and Spatial can be used to amplify the program
- Engage with stakeholders both internally and externally, to understand opportunities for improvement and influence strategic priorities
- Monitor and communicate program impact through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling
- Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Operations to maintain world-class briefing environment
- Lead a high-performing team focused on cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, deep collaboration, internal partnerships and experiential excellence.
- Develop technical expertise and business acumen in briefing center technologies as well as core content delivery and messaging.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading highly visible, cross-functional programs in matrix managed environment
Experience shaping customer and or partner engagement through an EBC, Lab or other like learning, inspiration or innovation programs
Consultative selling skills, with experience facilitating discussions and ideation sessions with senior executives and their subject matter experts.
Solid understanding of Enterprise Sales best practices and how a program such as an EBC can be used as a lever to influence sales outcomes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across all organizational levels, with ability to deliver high-impact leadership presentations
Demonstrated ability to establish success metrics, analyze data, and communicate ROI through data-driven insights
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Background in management consulting or strategy functions in the enterprise technology space
Expertise in event management, from large-scale industry events to highly strategic executive roundtables.
Experience in communications or content development for senior leadership audiences
Track record of successfully launching and scaling global programs, physically in sites around the world
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $216,000 and $324,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
