Join a dynamic team of People team and technology professionals focused on product management of our core people solutions. The People Services + Technology team is looking for an experienced Compensation product leader to partner with our People teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions for Compensation.
The ideal candidate will have deep Compensation systems and solutions experience with proven Program Management and Leadership experience. Must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

Description

Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels.

Leverage deep Compensation tools and programs expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions to solve business problems.

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to see opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.

Prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with the user community in partnership with cross-functional partners.

Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities.

Ability to influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership.

Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas.

Drive the flawless execution of Total Rewards solution implementations

Build effective presentations for executive updates regarding Total Rewards solutions

Provide clear direction to team members

Coach and motivate team members

Encourage and enable growth and accomplishments for team members

Foster a culture of trust, accountability, humility and collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of deep expertise in various Compensation systems

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience delivering Compensation solutions and

  • managing broad stakeholder groups

  • 5+ years of People Management and Development

  • Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with global business partners

  • Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making and prioritization crossing multiple functions

  • Experience crafting effective business requirements

  • Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo

  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing third party and first party custom solutions

  • Knowledge and experience with various Benefits and Total Compensation solutions

  • Experience using different qualitative and quantitative methods to gather user research

  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure

  • Lead change laterally across regions and organizations using influencing skills

  • Exceptional skills in communication, problem solving and strategic thinking

  • MBA

  • Consulting experience
