Description
The highly motivated Executive Assistant will provide administrative support and have outstanding diplomatic communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, answering phones, booking travel, processing expenses and invoices, organizing talent and producer lists, and helping to coordinate logistics for interviews and events.
You are available to the team during and outside of standard business hours, and possess an outstanding work ethic, are discreet and trustworthy, and use good judgment. Days include consistent interaction with executive assistants and executives, as well as press, talent, talent representatives and producers. In addition, you will handle daily operational activities of the department including organizing press materials, researching, compiling press coverage, and updating and maintaining press lists.
Minimum Qualifications
3 or more years of executive administration experience
Prior experience supporting a senior executive in a publicity, communications or marketing department in television, film or for a talent agency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working at an entertainment network or studio with executives, producers, talent representatives, casts and creative teams
Exceptionally well-organized, hard-working and diplomatic, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Direct experience dealing with confidential information with integrity
Efficient with Apple Programs, including iCal, Keynote, Mail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and follow through on all projects
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
Eager and willing to take on new challenges
Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously
A keen interest in television, film, pop culture and entertainment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $38.32 and $57.56/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
