The Card Member Legal Disclosures team within the Consumer New Product Development team, responsible for the effective oversight and management of customer-facing legal documents including US Consumer and Global Commercial Services – Small Business Paper/PDF Billing Statements, Card Member Legal Disclosure Notices (CMLDs) and Account Opening Disclosure documents (such as the Cardmember Agreement (CMA)) is looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager to lead large, cross-functional initiatives from engagement to market launch. This role will be key to executing on strategic transformation roadmaps in the Billing Statement and Account Opening Disclosure channels.
Key responsibility will include:
Drive the execution of customer facing legal disclosures through development, testing and launch.
Define capabilities and features for modernization roadmap including acceptance criteria and test condition definition to achieve the best outcomes
Understand business objectives and customer needs and identify creative ways to leverage channel capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs
Lead strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences to reduce operational risk and increase agility in product development
Collaborate with business partners/requestors to identify and assess impacts to Billing Statement/Legal Disclosures channels via Engagement and Information Gathering sessions
End-to-end project management with full accountability leading initiatives/changes to delivery within designated timeframes while maintaining regulatory soundness and operational excellence
Support Audit/Regulatory exams and submissions in a timely manner
Required Skills/Qualifications:

Solution-oriented and results-driven with a positive attitude and an agile mindset - ability to shift priorities with a changing internal and external environment.
Comfortable working in an innovative and fast-paced environment and can simultaneously drive multiple projects– you are a self-starter, organized, appreciate the details, and hold yourself accountable for delivery.
Significant project management experience with emphasis on leading cross-functional project teams in successfully defining, developing and deploying business and technical solutions, while balancing multiple priorities and driving detailed execution in a changing environment
Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate and partner with key stakeholders, particularly at the intersection of business and technology
Expertise in process governance, with a track record of establishing and overseeing robust decision-making processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
Strong thought leadership with capacity to quickly understand critical linkages and business strategies with sense of urgency and commitment to deliverables and deadlines
Demonstrated success developing and executing transformational strategies with clear success metrics
Strong leadership and inter-personal skills with the ability to influence with and without direct authority
Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills
Relevant platform knowledge is a strong plus
BS/BA Degree plus 3-5 years’ experience in product management or related function.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
