This role requires strong ownership of forecasting, supply planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment supporting ongoing product innovation.

  • Experience supporting high-volume consumer products

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and business analysis

  • Experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • High attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence
