The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

The REM Creative Production group produces dynamic and engaging content for Apple Retail’s Team and Customer Engagement initiatives. As part of this team you’ll support REM Creative and Design groups on production of static assets from in-store Retail photoshoots to bespoke campaign illustrations. The Art Producer is passionate about creative collaboration, photography, illustration and design as much as they are about production processes and excellence.

Description

In this role the Art Producer will work closely with REM Creative and Design, Creative Production, Cross Functional, Strategy and Store teams to execute both in-house and external art and photography productions, globally. A successful candidate can provide creative solutions to often complex asks and can juggle both business and creative priorities simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners with creative teams to identify and source photographers, illustrators, retouching artists and designers who best fit a given brief. Has a strong desire to source emerging and diverse talent globally.

• Is a bridge between creative teams and cross-functional partners who have specific business or communication goals.

• Partners closely with Business Affairs on SOWs, term sheets, talent releases and content reviews and clearances.

• Manages production schedules and budgets often in partnership with other functional production teams on shared initiatives.

• Clears pre-existing photography and artwork from both internal teams across Apple and external artists.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years production experience preferably in a creative agency or in house brand studio focused on photography and art production.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with asset usage rights and content clearances.

• Excellent soft skills. Is able to navigate complex, corporate organizations.

• Thrives in a team environment.

• Resourceful and self-motivated and can function amid ambiguity.

• Aptitude for making quick, quality decisions.

• Has established relationships across the production universe and is comfortable sourcing and working with talent worldwide.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes with minimal notice.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
