Description

At American Express, our culture is built on a 175-year history of innovation, shared values and Leadership Behaviors, and an unwavering commitment to back our customers, communities, and colleagues. As part of Team Amex, you'll experience this powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career.

Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.

The American Express Global Dining team sits within the U.S. Consumer Services organization. Our mission is to connect the world’s best restaurants with the world’s best customers through trusted and innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms

Resy, the American Express global dining platform, powers the world’s best restaurants by using technology to imagine the future of hospitality. We serve more than 16,000 restaurants globally.

Through our content-rich website and innovative mobile app, we help diners discover the amazing world of restaurants. Our customers are true insiders — and we love having them at the table.

About the Opportunity

The Resy team is seeking experienced Product Managers across multiple levels to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help define and build the next generation of hospitality technology that connects restaurants and diners around the world. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and operations to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our users.

You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through delivery and iteration, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring clarity to complex challenges and drive measurable impact through customer obsession, data-driven decision making, and a continuous learning mindset.

We invite experienced candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to submit their resume for future consideration. Your application will allow our recruitment team to proactively connect you to the right opportunities that align your skills, experience and career goals as new roles become available.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on digital product management

  • You have successfully led initiatives that connect complex ecosystems — whether through integrations or scalable consumer experiences.

  • You’re skilled at identifying and framing problems through user research, data analysis, and experimentation. You thrive in ambiguity, bringing focus and structure to evolving priorities, and balancing customer empathy with business objectives.

  • You have a deep understanding of digital product strategy and technical ecosystems, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, operations, and data teams. You use insights, analytics, and testing to inform decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • You’re passionate about leveraging technology to elevate the restaurant and hospitality experience, helping businesses and partners succeed in a dynamic, connected digital landscape.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in a multi-sided marketplace or platform business; hospitality technology experience a plus

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams using product and data tools such as Jira, Figma, Looker, and Amplitude

  • Familiarity with regulated industries and related compliance considerations

  • Technically fluent, with a strong grasp of how data and systems connect — able to analyze, document, and communicate end-to-end flows that inform product architecture and decision-making

Submit your application today to be among the first considered for upcoming openings within Global Dining to be a part of this impactful initiative!
