Description

In this role you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers in researching, developing, and shipping innovative application paradigms across Apple platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 10+yrs of relevant experience

• Proven experience as an engineering manager, leading teams in developing and shipping native system and application frameworks on Apple platforms (iOS, tvOS, VisionOS).

• Demonstrated leadership in integrating traditional algorithmic models and generative AI into complex software solutions.

• Deep understanding of AR/VR or Gaming software design principles and architecture patterns.

• Strong command of object-oriented programming (Swift / Objective-C / C / C++ preferred), with the ability to guide technical decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering effective collaboration within and across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as CoreML or MLX, or other open-source alternatives.

• Track record of shipping 3D experiences developed using modern game engines.

• Familiarity with cloud-based service integrations and API development.

• Knowledge of computer vision or graphics applications in AR/VR environments and the ability to inspire innovation in this space.

• Enthusiasm for leading diverse teams in a fast-paced, creative, and challenging environment.
