Description
The Lead Packaging Design Producer will simultaneously manage several projects with various timelines and multiple collaborators.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing creative development (collecting assets and information for the creative team, ensuring they are set-up for success in their explorations), organizing presentations, managing approval processes and creative schedules.

Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of account management, design/creative producer or creative project management experience.

Well-versed in leading the creative development process with strong creative project management skills.
You care deeply about packaging, the customer experience, details and design. You appreciate quality, can communicate clearly and calmly, and have patience for the process—both as it relates to details and design.

You anticipate what’s ahead — identifying both risks and opportunities — with a strong ability to flex and work in an often ambiguous environment.
You adapt with ease and demonstrate a willingness to pivot in pursuit of the strongest creative solution.
You have driven process innovation, have identified and implemented operational efficiencies that elevate team productivity, stakeholder satisfaction, and creative output.
You have experience overseeing and mentoring a team — you champion team culture, collaboration, and communication.
