Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate and B2B Solutions Product Management (CBPM) team within the GCS Products organization is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.
As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. Virtual Payments are critical payment solutions for our most valuable corporate customers. The Virtual Payments product team spearheads the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of US G&L, International GCG, and US MM customers.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to support the evolution of our virtual payment strategy and global products (Virtual Card, vPayment, CMC) in response to a rapidly evolving virtual payments market, which requires us to remain competitive in the virtual payments space given client needs and innovation within this space, externally. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product gaps and deliver incremental enhancements that improve the customer experience while supporting strategic analysis to inform product direction.
Responsibilities Include:
Implement the strategy, positioning, and commercial growth plan for Virtual Payment products
Define end-to-end product management considerations for the first international proprietary and partner DVC offering, including establishing clear roles & responsibilities across teams for delivery and ongoing management in coordination with partner channel DVC offerings
Build business case to support strategic investment for future product enhancements and partner with PD & Tech to prioritize and launch new features to meet our customers’ evolving needs
Partner closely with various functional teams including: GCO, Compliance, Servicing, Implementations, Field, Product Development, and Marketing
Leverage data, market insights, external benchmarking, and voice of customer to assess product performance, identify opportunities, and influence decision-making
Support broader Meeting & Events strategy
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development or Strategy
Proven ability to define and execute solutions to address complex problems
Strategic and commercially minded thinker with a passion for the customer experience
Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management experience, with proven ability to deliver agendas through partner engagement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives that align stakeholders, drive decision-making, and articulate product vision clearly
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Business and financial acumen with general manager/P&L ownership mindset
End-to-end product management experience and proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, from defining requirements and analyzing data, to overseeing execution and measuring impact
Experience launching new initiatives across multiple stakeholders and markets
Bachelor's degree, master's degree or equivalent experience
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
