Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Culver City, California. Develop Apple Arcade offer strategy, create code campaigns through Apple's internal system, obtain finance approvals for code campaigns and distribution offers, and coordinate with internal and external partners on current and future offers. Develop and optimize content signing deal process: support developers through the deal process, advise developers on deal terms, and answer developer questions about deal terms. Track and maintain developer relationships and contract terms using Apple internal systems. Inform amendments, renewals and other changes to the contract based on this information. Conduct developer check-ins and quarterly reviews to gather feedback and document feedback trends for quarterly presentation to Arcade teams. Strategically evaluate partnership landscape on ongoing basis, pursue potential subscriber acquisition partners, propose terms with partners, contract around agreed upon terms and manage partners during life of deal term to optimize performance. Define internal education documents and training. 10-20% Domestic and International Travel Required. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 - $165,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Management, Communications, Marketing, Strategy or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Using knowledge of the gaming sector and subscription models to determine best potential partners for distribution offers
Articulating commercial and legal terms as related to the developer contacts.
Understanding of financial modeling of redemption, conversion, lifetime value and other relevant Key Performance Indicators to model out distribution offers
Utilizing Code Manager and other business development tools to create campaigns
Creating presentations on business and performance of game subscription services
Negotiating commercial terms and contracts with developers
Negotiating commercial terms, go-to-market strategy and contracts with distribution partners for game subscription service.
