Summary

The System Health and Intelligent Platform team in Core OS is looking for a Full Stack Software Development Engineer to lead the architecture and development of essential quality and workflow tooling at scale. The team enables all Core OS engineers to deliver high quality software through best in class engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Description

You are passionate about software engineering and web services development. You are effective at implementing the right solution for a given problem and you are keeping the user experience in mind. You are an advocate for continuous improvement culture and DevOps concepts in software engineering. You have extensive experience architecting solutions for scalability and testability. You are excited when leading engineering discussions and demonstrating your achievements.

You’ll work on an internal system that helps thousands of engineers build and test code for operating systems that ship on all Apple devices worldwide

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in Python/Swift or similar language with some development experience in Unix, Linux, macOS, or iOS

• Data-oriented mindset

• AI is part of your essential development toolkit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related courses or 3 years of equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in full stack software development with tech like Postgres or other SQL databases

• Experience with designing and implementing REST and GraphQL APIs

• Product engineering and customer-centric approach to problems

• Familiarity with Kubernetes
