Senior Manager-Customer Channel Expansion

Job Description
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business products, including Card, Banking and Lending.
Within Small Business Marketing, the Customer Growth Marketing Team is responsible for deepening engagement with our existing Customers to accelerate momentum for the business. The Senior Manager of Customer Channel Expansion will support the development and execution of strategies to identify new opportunities to engage Customers across emerging and existing channels. This role will partner closely within GCS Marketing and across the Enterprise to test, learn, and scale new channel opportunities in support of our multi-year growth ambition.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive understanding of channel landscape both internally and externally to support ideation and innovation
Assist in evaluating new opportunities to interact and engage with Customers; contribute to test-and-learn agendas and help translate insights into actionable recommendations
Help execute against a clear channel expansion roadmap, including managing day-to-day workstreams from planning through delivery tracking performance and key milestones
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain project plans, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Leverage data and insights to monitor performance, optimize initiatives, and inform decision-making
Contribute to building foundational knowledge of the channel landscape through ongoing research and competitive analysis
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and contribute to strategic thinking while driving execution
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clearly articulate ideas and recommendations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
