Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented User Reporting and Screening Operations Lead to drive the operational excellence and strategic growth of our online safety initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Policy, External Engagement, and Program Management, you will be instrumental in defining, optimizing, and scaling our global User Reporting and screening processes. This critical role requires a leader who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage strategic vendor relationships, and collaborate extensively across functions to protect our users from harm. Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience leading large-scale User Reporting or content screening operations, specifically focused on online interpersonal safety, child safety, and illegal content.
Proven track record of managing global operations, covering multiple countries and languages.
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including performance management, budgeting, and scaling external teams.
Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting online safety and content User Reporting.
Ability to operationalize policies into clear, executable processes.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
A hands-on approach, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Some technical proficiency, with the ability to articulate business needs into technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
Familiarity with various User Reorting tools and technologies.
