DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our Team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business segment in Kearney, New Jersey.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serves as a support resource on projects and work assignments; assist with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines.

  • Accurately process and receive items into the billing system from local Branches, ensuring all entries are complete and categorized correctly to reflect real-time inventory availability and internal tracking.

  • Generate, process and validate Customer and Project invoices based on shipment confirmations and project milestones. Maintain accuracy in all billing entries to ensure alignment with inventory records and customer billing requirements.

  • Assists in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues while developing skills to do this independently. Assists with managing project risk; developing how to use quality tools to identify areas of risk.

  • Helps to monitor and communicate project status to project team while developing skills to do this independently.

  • Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skill obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

  • Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently. Payroll/Invoicing experience preferred.

  • Excellent computer skills using multiple software platforms, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and Sales Force experience preferred.

  • Effective communication skills needed to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Able to work from anywhere in the continental U.S (Eastern Time Zone preferred) during the hours of 8 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • College or equivalent Degree preferred.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
