Job Description
EPKINLY is currently the first and only bispecific approved in 3L+ DLBCL and 3L+ FL. The DLBCL 3L+ space is highly competitive with multiple competitive entrants over the next several years in 3L+ and in earlier lines of treatment.
The EPKINLY Marketing Manager will lead in-field promotion and competitive differentiation for EPKINLY’s largest indication (DLBCL). This role will be responsible for in-field promotional materials (e.g., ISA functionality evolution), pulling through new CFL messaging and HCP segmentation, and key tactics aligned to brand catalysts. Additionally, this role will own multiple strategic projects and be responsible for synthesizing large quantities of data (e.g., primary research, KOL learnings) and driving analytics/analysis to identify strategic opportunities for the brand.
The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations, and execute high quality deliverables in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial objectives. Additionally, the candidate must develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional and co-promotion partners to drive business results in a compelling, effective, and timely way. Responsibilities:
Synthesizing data and insights from multiple sources to identify strategic opportunities for the brand; proactively shape analytics and research to deepen strategic insights; translate insights to executable action plans
Responsible for in-field promotional execution
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and with co-promotional partners to elevate HCP promotional tactics/resources and strengthen promotional claims (where appropriate via the CFL process)
Strategically understand business and competitive landscape and synthesize insights to identify opportunities to accelerate both BsAb and EPKINLY brand growth
Qualifications
Job Grade will be determined based on candidate experience level.
Bachelor’s Degree
Consulting experience preferred; strong strategy background
Market experience is a bonus: Competency in core marketing capabilities such as translating insights into message and creative development, and optimization across the marketing mix
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including timelines and on-time deliverables; organized and ability to project manage across a broad team
Ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
Success working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives; especially with sales teams
Experience leading or supporting strategic and tactical planning
Strong written and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a joint venture commercial partnership is a plus; Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with, motivate and influence various levels/grades within the organization and outside of the organization.
