American Express Global Dining (Resy & Tock) is seeking enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities (meetings) by following proven processes in order to turn prospects into business accounts. We are seeking highly driven, results-oriented individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of sales through coaching, training, and hands-on experience.

In this position you will master how to manage the top of the sales funnel from prospecting and qualifying to generating meetings for Account Executives. Your efforts will contribute to the overall Sales team goal of signing new business accounts. To do so, you will work collaboratively with both your manager and the Account Execs on the prospecting strategy for your assigned city, region, or territory.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential restaurant partners through outbound efforts — including email , cold calling , and social media outreach — to set meetings for Account Executives.

  • Research restaurant openings to add qualified prospects to a growing sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and your Manager to develop city-specific strategies and generate qualified sales meetings.

  • Become an expert in using sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach to maintain an organized pipeline, track communications, and report on business activities.

  • Respond to inbound leads while maintaining a strong focus on outbound prospecting and opportunity creation.

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of company products, restaurant operations, and hospitality industry trends to support thoughtful and strategic outreach .

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of sales, business development, or related experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging prospects across multiple channels.

  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and stay resilient under pressure.

  • Eager to learn, grow, and develop your career within a collaborative, high-performing sales team.

  • Strong passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry and curiosity about how technology can support its growth.

  • Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.05 hourly bonus benefits
