Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments solutions for small, medium, and large businesses.

This Analyst, Acquisition Strategy, GTM & Insights – Business Banking Product Management position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and support the future strategy and growth of our Business Banking product suite. This role will be responsible for helping support our Acquisition product strategies, play a key role in helping plan and execute on Go-to-Market strategies tied to new/enhanced product feature launches, help develop and manage our product marketing claims and disclosures, conduct competitive intelligence and gather industry insights, and provide overall support to the Acquisition and Engagement Product team.

This role will work cross functionally with several groups including Marketing, BCA Product Management and Development, UX Design, Commercial MR COE, CCA Rewards & GTM Product Management, Finance, Analytics, Legal, GCO, Operational Excellence, Operations, Servicing, US SME, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help define and optimize Business Banking acquisition strategies to drive profitable product acquisitions and deepen engagement across our customer’s relationships

  • Support key GTM launch planning and execution efforts including working cross-functionally with Marketing to PMO product changes, developing new feature claims/disclosures and executing on associated legal approval review processes, and analyzing post launch results

  • Support future channel expansion efforts to help Business Banking scale new accounts

  • Manage all product claims, disclosures, FAQs and guidelines; lead annual claims PRSAs

  • Help refresh existing claims and develop new Marketing claims based on voice of customer and product insights

  • Conduct competitive intelligence, industry benchmarking and small business owner insights gathering and analyzation

  • Update and provide ongoing management of Business Banking product toolkit(s)

  • Provide general portfolio management support to a team of 3 Sr./Managers

  • Help manage team budget and invoicing

  • Ad-hoc projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and a results-oriented individual

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities / projects

  • Customer-first, curious mindset with a desire to create and deliver best-in-class customer experiences

  • A structured thinker with strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices

  • The ability to translate information and insights into strategies

  • Comfort working with white space, flexible, and ability to handle change

  • Banking or financial services experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in product marketing or product management

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
