The Digital Workplace Team at American Express is entering into a new phase of technology transformation driven by opportunities to improve Colleague experience, raise productivity and collaboration, and drive operational efficiency of all service and infrastructure operations.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Help shape how thousands of colleagues meet, collaborate, and get work done. As a standout product leader in Digital Workplace, you’re pivotal to the success of the Enterprise Meeting Experience—turning strategy and vision into continuous, real-world value. You enhance, integrate, and implement capabilities that make every meeting exceptional and consistent across the enterprise.

You bring deep expertise in Enterprise Meeting technologies and integrations, backed by a track record of delivering impactful, transformational solutions at scale.

Every day, you collaborate with business leaders and partner with technology teams to co-create and deliver the product vision, drive the roadmap and backlog, actively participating in every phase of the iteration process, while being a champion of cross-functional collaboration. Working across Business and Technology, you translate data and sentiment driven requirements into crisp features for Agile teams to implement.

You break complex problems into the value drivers that matter, identify opportunities for transformation, assess alternative solutions through rigorous industry research, and clearly articulate how every deliverable meets customer and colleague needs—so the Enterprise Meeting Experience keeps improving, every single day.

  • Possesses extensive knowledge and experience of industry leading digital meeting capabilities, integration potential, industry & marketplace trends, and how these align to the colleague value proposition

  • Collaborates with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners, to define a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap with clearly defined business metrics (OKRs) and targets (KPIs)

  • In conjunction with the Product Director, leads the feature backlog creation for the Meeting Experience through direct input with colleagues, analysts, developers and architects and knowledge of the domain

  • Communicates and build consensus across disciplines when crafting and executing on the product roadmap

  • Supports development of appropriate tracking and reporting to evaluate post launch product performance, analyzing ROI and product optimization recommendations

  • Identify risks, challenges and opportunities, with a maniacal focus on strong risk management posture

  • Demonstrates a highly collaborative cross-functional approach with relevant teams to deliver on the product scope

  • Translates product roadmaps into well-defined product requirements for POs to develop stories and acceptance criteria

  • Partners with the design and technology teams to develop, test, deliver the defined capabilities, and rapidly iterate on new solutions

  • Leverages insights and analytics to form a picture of the colleague experience and sentiment to continually level up the Meeting Experience, alongside measuring the impact and success of new capabilities

  • Reviews and partners with engineering to conduct sprint-related or general functionality demos to stakeholders

  • Coordinates communications and facilitates risks and issues resolution or change tied to the product backlog & development lifecycle

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with proven track record in delivering results at pace alongside defining impactful product visions and strategies

  • Experience in delivering within Agile methodologies

  • Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred

  • Extensive knowledge and experience product managing Enterprise SaaS meeting platforms (e.g. Webex, Zoom, Teams and Google Meet) and integration capabilities

  • Familiarity with reporting/analytical applications

Qualifications

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
