The Software Engineering Program Office is looking for a leader to help manage a team of System Engineering Project Managers. System EPM Managers work alongside engineering and program partners in Hardware, organize and lead Software teams through developing new products, and ensure teams and management are kept well-informed and up-to-date on their projects. As a Systems EPM Manager you will get a front row seat to what it takes to ship the best personal electronics in the world. You will get to work with passionate, smart, and innovative people on impactful and highly cross-functional products.
Description
In this role, you will manage a team of System Engineering Program Managers. Our System EPMs are the central hub bringing together different teams from Software, Hardware and Design, all in the name of delivering on groundbreaking new products. As Manager, you will oversee multiple products within a portfolio, partnering with engineers and managers from our Software Engineering and Hardware Engineering teams to define, schedule, track, and help lead the work for these exciting new hardware projects. You will deliver executive communication and presentations to help drive the decision-making process. Clearly and effectively communicate overall program status, while identifying and resolving key bottlenecks and interdependencies of complex projects. This job requires outstanding interpersonal skills to work cross functionally with other organizations within Apple.

BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
