Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) enables high quality, innovative marketing through marketing campaign consultation & execution; and developing best-in-class products & processes which modernize the end-to-end marketing ecosystem. Every year, we help our business and marketing partners across the enterprise launch more than 28,000 marketing campaigns worldwide.
The Marketing Support & Solutions team is responsible for delivering maintenance services essential to marketing enablement, ensuring customer facing marketing communications remain compliant by performing annual marketing reviews and marketing execution. MSS is seeking motivated candidates who will drive flawless marketing execution by collaborating with a wide group of Marketing business partners to consult on marketing content, launching marketing campaigns, and ensure American Express marketing supports strategic business objectives and meets compliance standards.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various channels.
Manage periodic compliance mandated updates across marketing assets.
Ensure marketing collateral adheres to regulatory compliance, legal and company policies.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners.
Support implementation of a long-range team vision and ever-evolving process of Marketing Operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Compliance, Marketing Execution, or Project Management.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical mindset with the ability to confidently operate in "gray space" where decisions and accountability rest with you.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get into the details to identify process inefficiencies and recommend strategic solutions.
Understanding of marketing channels and execution processes.
Familiarity with consumer banking regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, UDAAP, Fair Lending, etc.)
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
