Description
As the CRM Product Owner for the Safety Division, you will embody the Division's vision for the solution. You will coordinate with central resources to develop and execute the CRM product strategy, manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and maximize business value. You play a critical role by collaborating with teammates to develop and implement solutions that focus on business processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and customer needs.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including development, design, marketing, and business teams, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.
Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and technical development, monitoring and evaluating progress.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and industry trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with central team on product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.
Communicate product goals and requirements clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Track and report on key CRM product metrics, communicating successes and areas for improvement to leadership.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact product delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.
Engage with end-user community to support, troubleshoot and train to ensure optimal use of the CRM.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
2+ years of relevant product owner work, experience managing CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy
Excellent communication skills, to communicate with all levels of business
Outstanding written and verbal skills.
Identify and resolve issues in an informed manner. Ability to create PowerBI reports and visualizations to support business team’s ability to make data-driven decisions.
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Support various business needs related to CRM; some travel may be required
High level of maturity and confidence necessary to interact with sophisticated internal and external clients
Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to ensure that a high level of service and quality is maintained
Product knowledge with clear technical understanding of services to be able to effectively communicate to customer
Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and meet deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail, flexibility and creativity
Persistence coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment, work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality of shared information and/or assignments
