Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
In this position, you will develop and implement, scalable training programs aimed at successfully enabling sales plays for Apple’s Consumer, Carrier, Enterprise businesses in the United States. In addition, you will create on-boarding content and ongoing learning for our internal Channel Retail team. You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to define training scope, identify key deliverables, drive implementation, and analyze performance to ensure successful delivery of training. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of channel training programs in support of driving ownership and advocacy for Apple.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Design, produce and write exceptional course materials to support a variety of delivery types, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, video and eLearning
- Have deep expertise on Apple products, internal and external audiences, and sales strategies, and continuously apply that knowledge in your training solutions and across the Sales organization
- Apply Apple standards to produce training deliverables in the conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the Apple brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams work to rapidly gather information, refine objectives, and produce training and content that’s relevant and high-quality in a fast paced environment.
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization needed to increase scale, automate workflows, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiencies
- Manage critical business activities including event management, data reporting , and device logistics
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Background in instructional design, training facilitation, sales enablement, and/or similar function
Detailed expertise of Apple Ecosystem
Deep knowledge of channel sales, including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful training programs
Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to craft value proposition for training programs and articulate vision across various teams
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to create solutions
Proficient in: Keynote, LMS/CMS management, Rise 360 or SCORM, Graphic Design apps: Photoshop/Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, HTLM/CSS editing and creation, Advanced Excel and Tableau data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Background working in a Channel, Retail, and/or Sales support environment is a plus
Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what matters while seeing the big picture and deeply understanding the details
Expert organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and advance simultaneous initiatives with differing priorities, strategies, and timescales
Ability to cultivate teamwork and take others on the journey
It is highly preferred that the position is based onsite (hybrid) in the posting location or other Apple campus in the U.S.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
