The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. Within USCM, the Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team (MA&IS) delivers data-driven decision making, analytics & business planning to drive profitable growth through personalization strategy and optimized investment decisions.
Manager, US Consumer Partner Acquisition Personalization & Analytics as part of MA&IS team will be responsible for driving profitable acquisition growth through innovative targeting solutions, test and learn setup and robust measurement for partner channels. The incumbent will lead personalization capabilities and strategy, and work in partnership with stakeholders across the enterprise, to further acquisition use cases that deliver value to the business, with superior customer experience.
This role is uniquely positioned to leverage a variety of skills including digital analytics, data insights, testing, and partner collaboration. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual who has demonstrated sound analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and scale targeting and personalization strategies within partner assets and channels.
Optimize performance, drive efficient growth and customer experience through robust experimentation.
Understand Cobrand personalization architecture, identify growth opportunities and drive profitable acquisition on partner assets.
Analyzing performance of current initiatives, share findings and solutions.
Collaborate to create world class analytical solutions.
Work in a dynamic, fast changing environment, with attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Qualifications:
Strong ability to drive results; self-starter.
Expertise in application of analytics (applied statistics/quantitative methods) for solving business problems.
Ability to multi-task, operate effectively under changing conditions and prioritize initiatives based on business objectives.
Excellent collaborator with ability to effectively lead and drive.
Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA or equivalent degree in economics, statistics, finance, mathematics, etc. preferred.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
