Description
This role will focus on Total Rewards benefits & compensation processes you will aim to drive efficiencies through innovation & global alignment
Being part of an organization that promotes excellence, you will maintain the highest standard of controls & compliance
You will have a strong customer focus, partnering with corporate, regional, and local teams to meet deliverables, support analysis & enhance the customer experience for our key stakeholders
You will play an active role in aiming to automate to acquire new tasks and add value to the global team and H2R
Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
Strong SAP & excel skills, experience of Dataiku and advantage
USGAAP & Local GAAP experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Part or qualified accountant preferred
