Our Apple Ads Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support the digital advertising space. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding product coverage, and growing complexity of sales plays.
The role will work with senior management and global teams to define process and capability roadmaps, driving improvements of the organization, processes, and use of systems and data for the Apple Ads Sales organization. This effort is directly linked to our GTM strategy and needs to be forward-looking.
Description
A successful candidate will have deep experience in business processes to define future strategies and anticipate tool needs of the Apple Ads Sales organization. The role requires both a broad knowledge of the existing toolset and strong business insight. You’ll be working on projects where tools and methods are used to drive real-world business value, using creativity to invent and customize when necessary.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to lead assessment of current organization / process / data and systems, to identify gaps and design future state assessment of the Sales toolkit.
Propose and drive new solutions that may be implemented globally or for specific customer segments as needed in support of Sales motions.
Build internal and external expertise to understnd industry best practices and innovate.
Should be self-motivated, be able to work with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education requirement: BS Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
3-5 years of relevant industry experience using tools and process to solve complex business problems
Familiarity working on multi-release projects following the Agile methodology
Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Digital advertising space
Program management experience solving complex business problems and positively influencing business outcomes, from leading the ideation to a proof-of-concept project to the launch of strategy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience building stories and narratives around Sales motions
