Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Extract and analyze Big Data and processes using Python and SQL to generate insights that improve operations of the global contact center support business. Conduct financial analysis to drive cost-saving measures and organizational improvements. Create dashboards to visualize data and translate information into actionable business insights using tools like SQL Teradata, Snowflake, DataSpell, Python, Tableau, GitHub, and DataLab. Synthesize data and metrics to evaluate the business and help align teams across Apple. Utilize business analysis techniques to guide and direct the team's attention toward key priorities and objectives and to identify critical areas for improvement and growth. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficiency and create higher-quality experiences for the customer. Support, collaborate, and communicate with senior leadership to push ideas forward through presentations and meetings. Collaborate with many cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Training, among others, to improve Apple’s business. 40 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

• 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:

• Utilizing SQL to extract and manipulate data from complex tables and data sources

• Building out visualizations in Tableau to highlight findings to diverse audiences

• Synthesizing complex data into key insights on opportunities for business stakeholders

• Calculating Return on Investment for projects and proposals utilizing financial best practices

• Creating presentations with data visualizations to deliver information to senior leaders

• Utilizing Python to complete analysis on large data sets in a scalable and repeatable manner

• Designing, executing, and measuring pilots to determine the business impact of process changes

• Sourcing, cleaning, and validating significantly large data sets to prepare for analysis
