The Chief Technology Officer Organization’s vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and standards across Technology. It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.

This position reports to the Program Director of Generative AI Enterprise Enablement. The successful candidate will act as strategic partner to both technical and non-technical teams to bring strategic platforms and projects to life. The position will have responsibility for defining platform vision, product roadmaps and driving prioritization which aligns to business objectives and targeted outcomes. This role will also partner with their director and other CTO Leadership to provide regular written and verbal updates to Senior Management.

About the Role

As a Sr Associate, Delivery Management the Chief Technology Officer Organization, you will support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives on the Generative AI Enterprise Enablement Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Platform Delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth onboarding and execution of new platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic tech environment, and that works well within a collaborative and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities across teams.

  • Ensures that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

  • Help prepare regular updates on project milestones, risks, and next steps.

  • Schedule and document meetings to support project outcomes.

  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and communicate updates.

  • Conducts regular quality reviews and implementing necessary improvements to maintain high standards.

  • Report issues or blockers to senior team members.

  • Participate in project discussions and contribute to documentation.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical subject area, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

  • 2 years of experience in project or program management work is preferred

  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum/Kanban, iterations, user stories

  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and be a thought leader

Qualifications

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually bonus benefits
