How will you make an impact in this role?
This role is a part of the U.S. Consumer Proprietary Products, Rewards & Benefits (PPRB) organization, on the high performing Cash Back Product Management Team. The team is responsible for the development and management of product strategy, value propositions, marketing strategy, and P&L for the U.S. Consumer Cash Back portfolio, including Blue Cash Everyday, Blue Cash Preferred, and the legacy portfolio.
This Senior Analyst will play a critical role in core product management across the portfolio. They will monitor key metrics, develop customer and marketplace insights to guide decisions, manage run the business forums & responsibilities, and define product marketing strategies across the portfolio. This individual will be required to work cross-functionally across the core team and with key internal partners, including Marketing, Servicing, Finance, Analytics, Operational Excellence, Legal, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner cross functionally (legal, compliance, servicing, finance, marketing, etc.) to understand risks, dependencies and opportunities for Blue Cash Everyday
Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, segmentation, design targets and other marketing strategies across the entire portfolio
Own updates to Cash Back portfolio marketing claims, terms, guidelines, and product content
Own Cash Back creative marketing reviews for any cross-channel marketing updates
Monitor & update key financial/marketing metrics for BCE with responsibility to communicate BCE portfolio results in monthly forum
Lead monitoring & management of BCE CM sentiment, complaints, and issue management and reporting with a customer-first mindset to resolve escalations & improve CM experience
Maintain pulse on competitive environment, maintain monthly competitive insights updates to share with broader team
Manage and own budget for Cash Back Team budget lines
Manage and own Cash Back product testing program
Minimum Qualifications

Background in end-to-end marketing execution and product management preferred
Qualifications
Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
