The US Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The US Membership Engagement teams sits within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver marketing on behalf of the enterprise to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our customers and deliver on the brand promise. As the Offers and Rewards Marketing Team, we excite Card Members to redeem points, use offers, and diversify spend through personalized, customer-first marketing and compelling, effective offers that make Membership more rewarding. The Senior Analyst will lead a workstream to drive ongoing innovation in marketing Amex Offers to our Card Members. You will be responsible for ideating and implementing varying digital marketing campaigns to excite Card Members to enroll in Amex Offers, encourage them to redeem, and motivate them to do it again and again. This role will be a key connection point for partners across the enterprise including product owners, channel owners, legal/compliance teams, and marketers.
This role is ideal for you if you are a customer-centric marketer who enjoys working in white space to identify and create new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead ongoing marketing of Amex Offers across digital channels, including placements across Amex-owned and operated channels
Own the Amex Offers claims, marketing messages, and toolkit to support marketers who utilize Amex Offers across the Blue Box
Apply internal and external resources to identify trends that can further team and enterprise goals
Explore opportunities for channel expansion, partnering closely with associated teams to bring ideas to life
Continue to build on our team’s focus on lapsed Amex Offers users and how to bring them back to the ecosystem
Work closely with the Consumer Paid Media Center of Excellence to launch, learn from, and iterate on Amex Offers dedicated campaigns
Qualifications
2 years of digital marketing execution experience; paid media experience preferred
A strategic approach with the ability to work in white space, identify opportunities for growth, and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Track record of driving measurable results through creative, customer-centric marketing
Proactive self-starter who shows initiative, adapts well to change, and problem-solves independently
Excellent analytic skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and translate insights into winning strategies
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Excitement to learn new things and develop subject matter expertise
Collaborative approach, and the ability to effectively influence internal partners
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
