Our Project Management Office (PMO) supports our engineering organization through process standardization, portfolio governance, and by empowering our teams with the resources, tools, and training to enable successful and efficient project delivery.
Description
This Tools & Processes TPM role will act as the bridge between technology and strategy within our PMO, and support our Portfolio governance efforts by working to implement and support tools and streamline processes across both PMO and engineering teams.
Our PMO aims to provide a specialized system of governance tools to streamline and harmonize project prioritization, planning, mobilization, and execution. The Tools & Processes TPM will be responsible for the cross-functional management, implementation, and support of those tools. Our organization has recently centralized PMO operations and seen exponential growth that provides significant, exciting opportunities to innovate, optimize, and refine existing tools and processes. The goal of this role is to drive standardization of tool use for innovative, efficient project management and reporting that provides visibility of critical work to leadership and business partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with Project Management Software such as Wrike, Miro, Jira or similar Software.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
