Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. As such, the Corporate & B2B Product Management (CBPM) organization was created to bring together all core corporate payment products under one cohesive product-line strategy. The team is focused on building best-in-class payment experience and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our Global & Large and Middle Market customers.
AI is reshaping today’s commerce journeys and the experience our commercial customers want to have. The Agentic Innovation & Partnerships team, within CBPM is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our key initiatives, partnerships and products for agentic commerce.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As Director, Agentic Innovation, you will lead and support GCS through this agentic commercial and payments evolution. You will define the strategic vision and oversee development for AI and other emerging digital use cases that will benefit corporate customers. This role will lead a team of two, working across GCS and key partners to develop and implement our Agentic Innovation and AI product strategy.
Responsibilities:
Set strategic vision and direction for Agentic Innovation in Corporate, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities to maximize business impact.
Define, and be accountable for executing, a strategic roadmap for the Agentic Product Suite, establishing and ensuring adherence to business product and technology policies and standards while collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Evaluate and prioritize initiatives, making necessary trade-offs to optimize outcomes.
Serve as the Agentic executive champion for the Agentic AI Platform Suite, articulating its strategic value to senior stakeholders, influencing enterprise decision-making, and fostering a culture of AI innovation and accountability.
Collaborate with Product Development and technology to identify agentic use cases, gather business requirements, analyze market trends, and shape the overall Agentic Innovation Strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions, colleagues at all levels and external partners.
Experience leading high performing teams, proven track record as a thoughtful and development-focused people leader.
Creative problem-solving skills and comfort operating with imperfect information.
Strategic thinker with a savviness for new tech, connecting the dots, and thinking three steps ahead.
Must have strong interest in AI and familiarity with key players and commercial-facing products.
Thrives in fast-paced, innovation-focused environment with strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
