DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Seymour, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Providing Guidance : Your feedback and guidance will help team members understand their roles better and achieve their goals more effectively.

  • Mentoring and Coaching : By mentoring team members, you'll foster their professional growth and build a stronger, more capable team.

  • Supervising Efficiently : Your supervision will ensure that daily activities run smoothly, maintaining operational efficiency and addressing issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent Teamwork skills.

  • 5+ years of leadership/Supervisor experience needed.
