The Channel team within Apple’s Worldwide Marketing Communications group is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that deliver against both marketing strategies and channel commercial objectives. The team leads the upfront strategy and alignment and provides ongoing cross-functional oversight and coordination of Apple’s marketing efforts in Channel.
Description
The Channel Cross-Functional (XF) Digital Platforms Lead owns the strategy for Apple's presence on partner digital platforms. This role leads the team in uniting Apple's strategy, analytics, and creative experts for developing best-in-class digital experiences. In collaboration with the Partner Comms Digital team, this role also guides partners on how to feature Apple products, ensuring a cohesive customer journey that deepens engagement and drives conversion.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years experience in digital marketing (strategy, planning, account or project management) with a leading digital agency or in-house marketing organization.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership and people management role.
Experience developing and delivering successful brand strategies across multiple channels (marketing, sales, product development).
Digital customer journey expertise (social, e-CRM, e-commerce platforms, digital in-store, etc), digital communications, digital trends and how these unique touch-points affect partners and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization (such as, but not limited to, Account Directors, Producers, or in-house marketing management roles).
A strong leader with a consistent record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams, with the ability to optimize how the team works.
Balances strategic, big-picture thinking with a hands-on approach to execution; ability to dive into details, understand the work, and also zoom out and guide the team.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for audiences from junior staff to senior executives.
Strong technical acumen in modern Content Management Systems (CMS) and API architecture, enabling effective partnership with engineering to define requirements and guide platform strategy.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
