Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Assist in planning and supporting the launch of key localization projects, working with different teams across multiple locations. Help with Creative Localization efforts for 9 Geos and 47 locales. Support tracking of various campaign schedules and assist in communication between Worldwide and GEO functional teams. Help manage GEO communications related to localization project tasks. Collaborate with WW Brand Managers to identify project priorities when needed. Support the rollout of localization and creative workflow tools globally. Assist in organizing and monitoring project tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Contribute to projects related to AI and Machine Learning (ML), helping teams track how ML tools are used in their workflows. Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual project deliverables, helping teams stay aligned with key milestones. Share project updates with Geo Project Managers and Ops Managers to support resource planning and budgeting. Help with coordination of projects as per production schedules, supporting Brand Managers and functional Producers. Assist in setting up infrastructure and schedules for localization sessions, ensuring security and confidentiality. Work with WW Ops and Security teams to ensure proper tools and channels are used. Support training efforts for Functional Producers on workflows and processes. Assist in managing project tools and systems, ensuring information is current. Help define work scopes, schedules, and content requirements, and ensure clear communication with Geo Ops Managers. Domestic & International Travel Required 20%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $186,222.00 - $221,200.00/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
8 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
4 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Implementing internationalization and localization best practices, including evangelizing, improving, and archiving these practices.
Using Marketing Systems and translation tools for all localization and scoping tools.
Managing systems and access operations for localization tools WorldServer, SDL Tools, and Terminology Management.
Coordinating globally located teams to support marketing operations involved in product localization.
Developing and maintaining a database of deliverables to track volume and scope (resources and budget).
Supporting worldwide technical project leads, including capturing business requirements for product/marketing tools that support product localization.
Experience in marketing project management and planning, including scope management, resource planning, task tracking, and budget management.
Leading localization efforts across multiple marketing groups, including interactive, email, channel, video, retail, and social.
Knowledge of machine translation and technology-driven solutions and industry evolution.
Understanding of internationalization and localization software and platforms.
