Claris is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated developer who will be part of a small, dynamic, DevOps team located in Santa Clara and San Diego, CA.
Description
The DevOps Engineer will contribute to internal and external-facing AI driven innovations. This hire will sustain and enhance software applications for licensing and fulfillment and automate setup and verification. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative and thorough, who can build and automate software delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and stabilize all the environments to deploy to production when releases are ready.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years of proven experience in Development/DevOps/Infrastructure/IT area.
2+ years of public cloud working experience. AWS certificate a plus.
Hands-on work experience in setting up AI-enabled tooling/system or integration of such components.
Languages: Python, Unix shell scripts, Java Script
Security framework: Public Key Cryptography, encryption, and Certificate
Operating Systems: Linux/Unix
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
CI/CD and Automation Tools: Jenkins, Terraform, and Helm.
Cloud Platforms: AWS
Preferred Qualifications
A Master's Degree in these desired majors: CS, CE, ECE, EECS, IS, IT, MIS, MS&E, and other related fields of study.
4+ years of proven experience in Development/DevOps/Infrastructure/IT area.
Languages: Go, HTML, CSS
Cloud Platforms: GCP
Good organizational skills to complete and follow up with tasks and action items.
Dedicated, innovative, accountable, and willing to take challenges and risks.
Collaborative and thorough with attention to details.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,500 and $210,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
