Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Culver City, California. Lead a team in order to shape scalable visual systems, guidelines, and documentation for content on emerging technologies and platforms. Develop initial concepts, user flows, wireframes, design and processes for creating new experiences across Apple services ecosystem. Ability to craft briefs and goals for teams of designers, animators, and editors. Necessary to be able to drive process and technique as well as translate executive feedback into actionable items. Should be able to initiate new types of work and new conversations about emerging technologies, including immersive design, real-time technology, AR, VR, and Spatial Computing. Can handle multiple work tracks, and large numbers of output, and high budget and value projects. May have direct reports.
40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,896 - $230,000/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation.
5 years of experience in the following skills is required:
Graphic design and art direction using Adobe Creative Suite;
User interface design;
Immersive prototyping using 3D software;
Video editing and audio editing;
Deliver comprehensive design systems and style guides applying knowledge in typography, color, and composition;
Translating business goals to actionable projects and timelines;
Build high quality presentations to clearly communicate concepts and designs that align with business goals;
Managing junior creatives, vendors, and partner agencies by providing direction and feedback;
Driving workflows across multiple team members including Human Interface Design, Product teams and Production teams; and
Managing projects through concept, design, production, and final delivery.
