Job Description

The Strategy Lead (Associate Director, Marketing) is responsible for driving the strategic direction and tactical execution of the Skyrizi Psoriatic Disease (PsD) brand. With a strong analytical mindset and a passion for cross-functional collaboration, the successful candidate will manage the 1-7-5 Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) process. Reporting to the Skyrizi PsD INTL Brand Team Lead, the Strategy Lead will co-lead the "Remission" and "Delay the Onset of PsA" workstreams alongside a Medical Affairs peer, coordinating efforts to inform future cross-functional team tactics. This role is pivotal in aligning stakeholders, coordinating project milestones, and leading the brand strategy for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Finance and Insights: Stay informed with the latest market trends and insights from performance metrics, Market Analysis & Business Insights (MABI), competitive intelligence (CI), congresses, and external expert (EE) insights to guide the 1-7-5 IBP process.

  • Brand Development and Execution: Lead the development, co-creation and execution of insights-led brand strategies and tactical plans in collaboration with affiliates. Ensure strategies are approved and facilitate their successful adoption by affiliates.

  • Strategic Workstream Leadership: Commercial Lead for the "Remission" and "Delay the Onset of PsA" workstreams, ensuring affiliate buy-in, driving strategic initiatives and facilitating cross-functional team execution of key tactics.

  • Congress Activities: On a rotational basis, spearhead congress-related initiatives including booth-content creation and managing affiliate touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical brand experience, including customer-facing activities, is required.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales and marketing, with familiarity in using Veeva and managing the approval process.

  • Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing, and exceptional time management skills.

  • Exhibits a positive attitude and fosters strong relationships with peers and cross-functional teams to enhance performance.

  • Effectively influences others, including those without direct authority.

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Adept in finance systems and terminology understanding.

  • Consistently acts in accordance with ethical standards, obligations, and legal requirements.
