How will you make an impact in this role?

The Director, US MR Program Management, will oversee the operations and management of one of the world’s largest loyalty programs, Membership Rewards. He/ She will lead the team responsible for customer experience, program excellence, day-to-day processes and regulatory compliance of the program. He/ She will also drive strategic projects for the Membership Rewards program and lead proactive efforts to ensure program excellence as we innovate across the program.

  • Identify customer pain points, mitigate issues and enhance the customer experience

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Platforms, MR Operations and Servicing to identify opportunities and enhance MR capabilities and processes

  • Collaborate with Analytics, Fraud, Servicing and Partnerships teams to monitor and address MR Program misuse and fraud

  • Support regulatory inquiries and monitor regulatory environment for program impacts in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Operational Excellence and Government Affairs

  • Oversee MR process reviews and audit

  • Lead and develop high-performing team of 4

Skills & Qualifications

  • Dynamic leader with a passion for team development

  • Demonstrated success distilling complex information and synthesizing key insights for audiences at various levels

  • Energetic team player with a positive attitude, proactive mindset and passion for our customers – plus the ability to see issues from a customer POV

  • Experience with technology-enabled programs

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions

  • Calm under pressure and flexible amidst change

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Qualifications

Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
