Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to lead, drive and design cross-functional global processes, to produce sets of analytics and financials to inform Executive decisions. Specifically, this position is responsible for driving the annual Min/Max process, coordinating and leading the financial planning and analysis efforts related to LRP, administration of SOX survey on behalf of Global Commercial, and driving any portfolio alignment across the US and INTL businesses. The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically, designing financial processes, presenting outcomes to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate monthly Commercial Business Reviews with senior leadership, guidance distribution and documentation of action items.

  • Drive and coordinate Min/Max cycles with Operations, INTL, and US; present to senior leadership; enhance and improve Max review process.

  • Lead LRP process: coordinate deliverables, guidance, process, outcomes with US, INTL, and PCS, areas – lead preparation (requirements, timing calendar, hierarchies…); support Areas and PCS in developing standard deliverables and coordinate all along process. Align with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Close collaboration and communication with TAs, Areas, and key stakeholders to deliver high quality LRP.

  • Work closely with Commercial Strategic Operations (CSO) staff on Board of Directors presentations

  • Coordinate and partner with Portfolio Insights organization to ensure the collection and distribution of pipeline forecasts for enterprise decision making.

  • Administers the SOX internal control survey and summarizes for the global Therapeutics organization.

  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to generate tools and reporting while leveraging technology to drive enterprise solutions.

  • Ownership for implementing on-going continuous improvement with span of control including optimization initiatives, system deployment, and process optimization.

  • Supports adhoc initiatives as required (e.g. quarterly all global staff meetings, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.

  • 8-12 years of progressive and related experience.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a highly matrixed environment

  • Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive multiple processes, identify & implement process improvements, and establish & adjust priorities to achieve objective and operate with speed and agility.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, & BIP.

Salary: $137,500 - $261,000
