How will you make an impact in this role?
The Global Sanctions Policy, Procedure & Project Management Analyst supports the governance, execution, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Sanctions and PEP/Risk framework within the Policy, Procedure & Project Management pillar. The role is responsible for maintaining and updating Enterprise Sanctions and PEP/Risk Standards, ensuring alignment across business lines and global markets, and overseeing the review and approval of Line of Business and Market procedures to promote consistency with enterprise requirements and evolving regulatory expectations.
This position manages sanctions-related documentation and data governance, including version control, record retention, and maintenance of internal knowledge resources, while building and enhancing documentation of sanctions and PEP/Risk screening activities. The analyst monitors international sanctions developments and enforcement actions, provides regulatory impact summaries, and partners with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Control Management, GCO, and regional stakeholders to support cross-border risk alignment.
The role also supports project management and strategic initiatives across the Global Sanctions program, coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and delivering synthesized reporting to leadership. In addition, the analyst develops and delivers sanctions and PEP-related training, updates materials to reflect policy and regulatory changes, and supports best practices in screening and alert adjudication. The position further serves as a central coordination point for sanctions-related audit and regulatory exam activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented responses that reinforce strong governance and effective risk mitigation across the enterprise.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized analyst to support international sanctions program execution within the Policy, Procedure, and Project Management pillar. This role is ideal for someone with a global mindset who excels in collaboration, communication, and cross-regional alignment. The analyst will help coordinate with regional teams, review and maintain procedure documentation, and monitor global sanctions developments to ensure our framework supports evolving international requirements. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage global communications and procedural consistency.
This is a hybrid position and cannot be performed remotely.
This role may also support other responsibilities and functions within the Global Sanctions team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in international compliance, risk, or legal support
Ability to work across jurisdictions and time zones
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in sanctions enforcement tracking or international regulatory compliance
Ability to synthesize complex international regulations and present key impacts
Knowledge of current global sanctions regimes
Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
