Apple's Worldwide Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced instructional designer who is passionate about educational technology and is committed to creating transformative experiences for learners worldwide, as well as able to identify and align products and services in meaningful ways to bring value to educators and institutions. In this role, you will be a strategic lead for Apple’s professional learning programs for educators including Apple Teacher, Apple Learning Coach, and Apple Distinguished Educator. This role will manage the cross functional development of the program, global content strategy and partner ecosystem growth.

Description

In this capacity, you will:

Oversee ongoing strategic planning, development, and implementation of Apple’s professional learning programs for educators.
Lead strategic financial planning, WW partner negotiations (including ethics and service agreements) acting as a liaison with international leads and regional education leaders.
Develop and implement strategic partnerships and oversee standards alignments and accreditation plans across national and global educational institutions.
Collaborate across product marketing, sales, digital platforms, and advocacy teams to scale and sustain Apple’s professional learning programs.
Serve as primary liaison with public relations and cross functional education groups.
Design robust post certification activation and ambassador programs, including a hybrid approach to events.
Create monitoring and evaluation plans to demonstrate impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience designing professional learning experiences for K–Higher Education audiences.

  • BA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in scaling complex, multi-channel marketing programs on a global scale, driving alignment across cross-functional partners and orchestrating multi-vendor ecosystems.

  • Expertise in instructional design models, assessment methods, and curriculum development for diverse, global learner audiences.

  • Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional programs, including compliance, contract negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong ability to define and ensure consistent learning pathways across programs, using data and feedback to drive iterative improvements.

  • Experienced in leading collaborative sessions with internal teams and external partners; excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Adept at balancing multiple projects and deliverables across teams while maintaining high standards for quality and timelines.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills with attention to educational impact and clarity.

  • High proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in online learning.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop content for external standards alignments/endorsements.

  • Understanding and experience with Apple Education resources, recognitions and certifications. Proficient in Apple hardware/software and adaptable to emerging technologies, platforms, and tools for instructional design.

  • Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities, multiple business partners, and quick timelines.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Master’s or advanced degree.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
