Description
We are seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to drive operational excellence, integration, and continuous improvement across Apple’s talent management portfolio. You'll support enterprise-wide initiatives; partner closely with cross-functional teams and People Business Partners (PBPs); and use insights to help shape scalable, equitable programs that align with Apple’s business and talent strategies.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellence and create readiness across our talent management products, experiences, and programs by guiding cross-functional integration and supporting operational excellence for enterprise-wide programs, products, and events.
Collaborate within the talent management team and across key partners to support the creation of seamless and uniquely Apple, talent products and experiences.
Analyze, evaluate, and improve workflows, processes, and practices to enhance outcomes.
Drive content methodologies for Talent Management: develop, organize, and maintain policy pages, toolkits, training materials, guides, and resources in a centralized repository; manage content governance and distribution across channels.
Build and maintain partnerships with People Business Partners, the Center of Excellences, and key stakeholders to enable effective implementation of talent strategies in the business.
Use data to identify critical insights and translate findings into actionable improvements to that advance talent and business objectives.
Integrate talent philosophies into scalable, repeatable programs aligned with performance, compensation, learning and development, and internal mobility systems, and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
8+ years of HR/People Operations experience with at least 2 years specializing in Talent Management (or a closely related field) leading programs for a business.
Proven program and project management expertise delivering enterprise initiatives in fast-paced environments; strong change management skills.
Demonstrated ability to simplify sophisticated problems, structure ambiguity, and drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working with HR systems and people data and partnering with analytics teams to inform decisions.
Excellent written communication skills with a track record of crafting scalable documentation, keynote presentations, playbooks, and stakeholder updates.
Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.

Exposure to data visualization and dash-boarding (e.g., Tableau, Keynote/Numbers) and experimentation methods for continuous improvement.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum).
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,000 and $214,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
