How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Manager, 1LOD Program Execution will be responsible for driving disciplined execution and operationalization of approved financial crimes remediation initiatives across the First Line of Defense. This role ensures remediation commitments aligned to the Long-Term Plan are delivered on time, in sequence, and to enterprise standards, with clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and resourcing.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Own execution of the approved remediation roadmap , ensuring alignment to MRIA-3 Long-Term Plan (LTP) commitments and enterprise priorities

  • Track and manage execution across milestones, tasks, dependencies, and resourcing, maintaining clear ownership and delivery accountability

  • Coordinate delivery of the Financial Crimes “Big Rocks,” ensuring workstreams progress in sequence and execution remains integrated across stakeholders

  • Maintain execution trackers, dashboards, and reporting , providing timely, accurate visibility into progress, risks, and delivery health

  • Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of execution risk, slippage, or dependency conflicts that threaten committed timelines or outcomes

  • Ensure remediation initiatives are operationalized effectively , partnering with change management and business teams to embed outcomes into BAU processes

  • Hold delivery owners accountable for execution commitments, ensuring remediation is delivered as committed and meets enterprise quality and regulatory expectations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise program governance, remediation execution, or control-focused program management

  • Demonstrated experience operating through a regulatory and examiner lens

  • Proven ability to orchestrate across complex, matrixed organizations and hold senior stakeholders accountable

  • Excellent communication skills with experience producing regulator-ready and executive-level material

  • Bachelor Degree

Qualifications

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
